For this year's Decibel Finale we're pleased to be presenting debut live performances from three artists that have been helped in redefining underground dance music over the past decade.

Headlining the 2012 Decibel Festival, we're proud to present the Northwest debut live performance of Spanish producer John Talabot, featuring vocalist Pional. Talabot's brilliant 2012 full-length 'Fin' received universal praise from journalists, deejays and music fans alike. Capturing human emotion like few electronic music composers have been able to accomplish, Talabot has established himself as one of the great producers to emerge over the past decade. Since moving to Berlin in 2006, Seattle ex-pat Bruno Pronsato (aka Steven Ford) has built up a reputation as one of the most skilled performers/producers in minimal techno. As Public Lover,  Steven and vocalist/producer Ninca Leece create beautifully crafted house music in the spirit of luminaries Herbert and Luomo. Not only will this performance be the West Coast debut of Public Lover, it will be a long-awaited homecoming for Steven, whose last performance at the 2008 Decibel Festival left fans and friends wanting more. Dave Pezzner is Seattle's most prolific underground dance music producer. His off-kilter house productions with Bob Hanson as Jacob London helped put Seattle's house music scene on the map, while his more recent solo work has solidified him as one of North America's brightest producers. Pezzner will be debuting his latest live incarnation, which features new material and a brave A/V configuration that utilizes several guitar amps designed to replicate a live band.

For fans of Herbert, Pantha Du Prince and Maceo Plex
